Job Specification

Education Level: Preferably Bachelor’s degree in any stream- Junior Assistant to Jr. Officer

                             : Minimum Bachelor Degree in any stream- Officer level

Experience Required: Prior experience in insurance sector, MNC’S would be added advantage

Other Specification:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to make the teamwork
• Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Suite- Prepare Presentations and maintain customer data in excel
• Sales Oriented and Target-driven with good influence both internal and external
• Solve Customer queries and maintain tactics, courtesy, conformity and work ethics
• Be Customer Focused and a relationship Builder
• Should be a two-wheeler license holder

Job Description

• Identify the target customer, schedule and follow through on calls and visits to the perspective customer
• Conducting research and marketing Campaigns
• Maintain client data and prepare daily and monthly reports for managements review
• Develop strategies to promote customer base and product improvement
• Plan, develop, execute marketing plan and communicate with the team
